PR your 5k in 12x thirty to forty-minute sessions. The program was written by Coach Johnny B (CFL3, MS in Sports Science, Ironman, running coach) specifically for CrossFit athletes looking to improve their running without cannibalizing their overall fitness.

The program has three workouts per week; the longest is 40 minutes. Access to a pace calculator (based on your current 5k) is included so you can train with specific paces to ensure the desired results.
