If you are not familiar with Murph it's a workout that our community does every year on Memorial day to honor the lives of those that have paid the ultimate price. The workout is:

100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Wearing a 20/14lb Weighted Vest
